Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Product must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
Items purchased during clearance or special sales.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.

Return Process

1. WhatsApp us at 7698711869 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive return whatsapp message and the address.
3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchange on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the item in stock.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
